Yes. Those super cheap 1TB SATA are very likely DRAMless trash. Price difference isn't big when you compare with those DRAM ones. You can find Transcend MTE220S 1TB around RM639 and it has crazy high endurance rating (2200 TBW).

If u wan buy there..  ask them giv u suggestion la.. they more "pro" than us ma... although in reality the czone stuff know nothing bout good spec.. haha

And in quite a few of them, even if they have all the right items in stock, their expertise is questionable imho, czone being one of those.

compare prices n go with one of the guys here such as myway1985.
After all they face a tough challenge as whenever they propose something that is 'wrong' others wont be shy to point that out 😄.

Not sure with the temp. I'm using EKWB M.2 heatsink under my 1080 Ti for my SX8200 Pro. No issue.

Get a thin M.2 heatsink like EKWB M.2 heatsink.

Any reasons why you want to RAID your SSD?  In many cases RAID-ing your SSDs can sometimes makes your SSD slower due to increased latency

Unless if you decided to go for the LG monitor instead.

Asus motherboards always have Asus tax. They are not immune to bad apples. Your choice.

Zotac Twin Edge is the noise champion. Go for MSI Ventus 2X or 3X instead.

Corsair H150i actually OEMs from Asetek, so is NZXT. Its quality is very industrialized, but with that said their designs for fin density for its cold plate, pump motor, pump impeller and its magnet coils are more dated.
There are other options reviewed out there that rivals Corsair's performance like Arctic Liquid Freezer II, EK AIO or Lian Li's Galahad.
But in the end, it's really up you.

If you want the board solely for WiFi
can consider getting a Asus PCE-AX3000 WiFi PCIe card for Rm119
It'll be slightly cheaper compared to the Asus mobo

Ram, if you're not looking for RGB
PM nrw, he has Crucial Ballistix 16GBx2 Micron Rev.E that can tighten timings to CL16

if you're looking for Gen4 SSD, might as well go for the better performing WD SN850.
but it's cheaper to buy from Amazon now, local price is expensive.

If you can find a 10700, then go for that one and a good quality B560 (not ASRock, as their Intel offerings are very poor from a VRM standpoint)

IMHO I'd go for the Ryzen and a cheap GPU (like the GT710) as you will have an easy, drop-in upgrade path to a 5950X in the future (since you mentioned that their prices are similar), and you won't have any decent upgrade path if you go for Intel (without a complete CPU/board and possibly RAM upgrade)

The 5950X might be overkill for those workloads though
