You might wanna build this rig now or at least buy the mobo now to build later coz AMD had just stop making B650 chipsets.

Also I would reco nonPhison SSDs (ie KC3000) for now.

RX 9060 XT will struggle at 1440p. You might have to lower the settings.

4k like system requirements. I would advise 1200W PSU at least for the future. Samseng SSD is overpriced. Go for Kingston KC3000 2TB instead. If looks isn't a must, go for Arctic Liquid Cooling III Pro 360 or Thermalright Grand Vision 360. Casing go for Lian Li Lancool III. You can get away with Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 cooler as well.

Any reason going with Asus mobo? There are plenty of good cheaper options considering B850 is just a lower midrange chipset so no need to spend more.

For samsung SSD, I would cross shop with cheaper brands Gen5 SSD using SM2508 ie Adata, Lexar, etc as prices for both might come very similar. Buy whichever is cheaper.

For AIO I would reco for Bequiet! stuff as their AIO allows user to topup the coolant which will help to prolong pump lifespan (which will mitigate issue of AIO spoiling)

Unless the issue is genuinely widespread and is covered by well known tech press then it's a different issue altogether

Well, you have good and bad developers. There is no fixing that even with review bomb. You can only carry bad developers with your wallet.
