MRT Kajang - Sungai Buloh phase 2 line already opened yesterday.

Got 3 stations in Kajang. 50% off for LRT and MRT until 31st August.

Now everybody from Semenyih can hop on the train to go to work.

Nearest station from Semenyih is Saujana Impian.

8 minutes if you stay in Sunway Semenyih, Kajang East, Desa Mewah or Bandar Teknologi on Lekas - Grand Saga (Cheras - Seremban) road through Saujana Impian. Possible to reach within 5 minutes also if all traffic lights green.

15 minutes if you stay deeper in Semenyih like Kesuma Lakes, Eco hill, Eco hill 2, Eco Majestic, Bandar Rinching, Taman Pelangi Semenyih 1 & 2 through Ecohill - Lekas link, Eco Majestic - Lekas link, Ecohill 2 - Lekas link and then head through Saujana Impian on Lekas - Grand Saga highway (Cheras - Seremban link).

Sorry couldn't show in google map cause I'm out doing something.

16km and 16minutes according to googlemap live traffic.. that's quite some distance away

It takes about 40 minutes from mrt sungai Jernih mrt to reach KL Sentral

All in all parking time, walking and waiting time, the whole journey will take about more than an hour..

Here you go...

For real road condition, you can refer to this video. At 10.53, I passed by Tesco Kajang, which Sungai Jernih MRT station just behind it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVufn4iDe-k

Using Ecohill-Lekas link enable you to bypass most of the traffic lights, only encounter one at Saujana Impian junction. As a matter of fact, from SEH to KL if following this route, whole journey only have this one traffic light as well. brows.gif brows.gif

Travel along highway the feeling is totally different compare to normal trunk road.. thumbsup.gif

If follow your logic, a person who stay at 5 minute away from Kajang station (2 stations away from Sungai Jernih station), which considered stay very near to MRT station, the whole journey shall take about an hour too. As a matter of fact, Sungai Long residents who will be using the Bukit Dukung station shall take about an hour for the journey too... devil.gif devil.gif

By the way, based on a figure shared in FB, it seems like from Sungai Jernih station to Bukit Bintang is about 30 minutes.. Of course, just a reference, time might deviate as boarding and drop off time for different station might be different.

Don't be so defensive every time someone comment on your ecohill la..

40 minutes based on someone feedback after using MRT.. not based on keyboard warriors reading from FB.. you assume MRT never stop to pick up or drop passengers? Lol

Really hope more people can use the MRT and ease the traffic for rare-user like me... thumbsup.gif

But if most MRT users are current bus rider, which most car user still driving then jialat liao... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Already feel the disappointment on the LRT & Monorail last time (still many KL residents using car instead of LRT/monorail), really hope not another disappointment again for MRT ler, after so many years of traffic endurance because of the construction...

No lah, just for general discussion according to simple logic manner only.. Don't simply make assumption for one certain project only mah...

Fully agree on that, that's why I said the figure only for reference only. Probably a person who take MRT from Kajang station (instead of Sungai Jernih station) might take longer traveling time too..

By the way, someone just comment that from Sungai Jernih station to Bukit Bintang is 30 minutes.. Credit for the user..
