SEH 2 needs some time, heavily rely on the EM Majestic city success.

Definitely ew will build d link road la they wont let if fail la. Y seh2 have to rely on mc? No plans for comn prop in seh2?

Still waiting to see the EF masterplan, so far no news on the connecting road.

For the coming 3 - 5 years, SPS shall fully concentrate on the SEH Taipan and Ecohill Walk first. After it is done (and ong) already, will start the SEH 2 commercial development..

The Kesuma-link road involves other land owners as well if I'm not mistaken, so a bit out of EW's hands.

So, the land owner jack up the price gao gao if EW would like to take the land?
