Hehe... still it's a big sum if we take into account the maintenance of the landscaping besides the club membership and if without strong balance sheet it's really hard to swallow for long. sweat.gif

I think they won't "swallow" for very long time... If the clubhouse doing good, can generate revenue from the rental (both anchor tenant and corporate/individual for various function) to cover part of the cost as well.

If the clubhouse doing no good, then I believe they will "open the membership to a wider extent"... devil.gif devil.gif

SPS would like to retain the exclusivity on the club house in the initial stage, only superlink, cluster, semiD and bungalow units can enjoy the amenity at the starting stage.

Please be patient. As P1 is also part of SEH, soon or later you will be able to join too. I believe it is just a matter of time only... but the member fee may or may not be the same lor.

If P1 is the cheaper property maybe they have to pay higher membership fee, that's reasonable. But not to the extend P1 residents can't enjoy the club house that i think is not fair and not considerate.

It just SP Setia put the exclusivity as the important criteria for the club house in the initial stage, the usual practice.

Canopy club house also only open to Setia Eco Park resident only.

Ultimately I think the sustainability is the key point SPS will consider though..

I am P1 owner, also P3 owner as well.. How I wish to own a unit in P2 also, the most beautiful precinct in Setia Ecohill.. blush.gif
