P2 is for the bungalow land.. Satori Villa (with Japanese (Zen) garden concept garden will be launched in Precinct 2 as well..

But I heard got special rate/package for the P2 and P3 residents...

Any indication of how much the membership will be?

Don't know my source got bluff me or not, the rate should be something similar to the canopy club house at Setia EcoPark..

If this is true, it means RM 100/month, RM 1,200/year or RM 12,000/ 10 years.... per household somemore..

Most likely majority of P2 & P3 residents will join the club membership with the attractive fee. Kudos to SEH for rewarding the purchasers as such. I believe this is one of the USPs for P2 & P3, which has served well for SEP too.

Heard SEH shall subsidize on the club house for some time initially... But how long they will do so, need to see the response later..

SEP has been subsidizing its clubhouse since inception. Should have been more than 10 yrs by now.
