fully booked ones are 1.5s....16 or 18 units only. Mostly bought by arm twisted technique perhaps.

the 1s bungalow (50+units)....still got 'plenty' I guess. Setia didn't unveil numbers, maybe embarrass to announce how many actually taken up.

pls bear in mind that whatever fancy liang liang garden Setia is providing, it will be handed back to local council for maintenance. Do you think local council will hire extra gardeners to maintain Setia standard?

within and behind gate, yes. Also depends on how much owners willing to pay. common area SEP still maintaining it bcos SEP still got 40% land unsold. They need to keep up with the appearance. I dun know if they completed the entire project though.

How much is SEH resi paying now? say link terraces?

280mth maybe Smds qua in SEP. They also increase the rate every one or two years de.

if superlinks charge 280 in SEH, I think should be sufficient to cover guards and gardeners.

nobody bid means no one interested. perhaps if you go direct to the bank that put this auction in market, you are likely can strike a deal with bank with 737k.

next round the price will drop by further 10% from 737k, but bank generally will not absorb any incidental cost due to this property after 3rd round.

1st few phases, banyak Setia investors and sapoters.

38 out of 1000 ready homes is not encouraging.

I know a newly vped project in si beh far land has at least half of 38 transactions with about 500 ready homes.....and it only vped in mar17.

I thought the bungalow land was sold for like 160 to 200psf from developer.

Now selling 100psf is like below developers price....not market price anymore.

I remember ecopark 1st phase bungalow land was sold at 60psf....12 yrs ago
