But I'm with gundam on ur decision. If you can wait, its good. If you can't, go ahead. By the time 3DS launched you could get another console if you wish.

Hmm... IMHO if you can wait, better wait la since the 3DS is backward compatible with DS & DSi games. Plus the games downloaded from DSiWare is no longer tied to the particular 3DS machine... so if your machine goes kaput you can transfer to a new 3DS.. unlike the DSi or DSi XL

Actually 3DS is slightly smaller than XL. hehe.

I cans search, but not cheap lah sadly. Have u checked what region is the DSi XL that you asked?

like i buy a ndsi xl us version than i only can play with game that only come from us?
japan and europe i cant play?

I thought I read somewhere the differences in web surfing on the DSi, DSL and DSi XL.

Which one is best in terms of internet speed and experience, anyone? I'm thinking XL has biggest screen, so that's a plus.

You need to take into account the RAM though.

you will have no problem surfing the mobile version of the website(s) though. for an example, http://m.facebook.com

Maybe because it was meant for Mobile sites? The same case applied when prime minister used his DS to surf lowyat also.

i believe so. although they did not state that web browsing experience is best on mobile websites, provided that the browser doesn't even have flash plug-in
i don't really mind of that, but limited internal memory sometimes really ticks me off. even a much smaller mobile phone can have bigger memory installed

I bought a ndsi XL from US, when i back here. Attach the pin converter to the charger, but my nds doesn't charge up. Do i need a voltage converter or something? Or the US charger doesn't work in msia?

I'm surprised that your charger didn't blow up. US charger rating is for 110v while Malaysia uses 240v. You have to use a stepdown converter or a 3rd party charger.

stepdown converter? can get from eletrical shop? lol, cause sometimes they said no need. quite confusing. lol

just go to any console shop, ask for local charger for Nintendo DS XL
