Those houses are quite old already. Need to standby huge sums for wiring, water leakage, wear and tear etc.

My siblings and relatives all stay in landed from 10yrs to 30yrs old...

I consider 20 years and above as old or going to be old. Coz the cost of repairing wear and tear can be quite huge later on with roof leaking, pipe etc. Also on the time spent getting contractors etc.
