if you'r work place heading to Shah Alam and use ELITE need to consider 10km additional distance, time(jammed) & toll.

if you willing to strech up ur budget to 600k++ can get subsale at rimbayu.
Penduline (20x70) or even bigger Chimes (22x75).

Im thinking to ask Management to change office hour from 8am-5pm to 11.30pm - 4.30am.

I went to the Sales Gallery last year and the SA mentioned that Paramount has proposed for a new Elite exit at Greenwoods but as usual, without any black and white, that is just a pitch talk biggrin.gif

Why not find a subsale in Subang area or PJ itself with that kind of budget?

How old will you consider too old?

My siblings and relatives all stay in landed from 10yrs to 30yrs old...

I consider 20 years and above as old or going to be old. Coz the cost of repairing wear and tear can be quite huge later on with roof leaking, pipe etc. Also on the time spent getting contractors etc.
