If budget t is 1 million and working in PJ, which is a better option:- Cyberjaya, Gamuda Cove or Putra Heights?

Those houses are quite old already. Need to standby huge sums for wiring, water leakage, wear and tear etc.

I consider 20 years and above as old or going to be old. Coz the cost of repairing wear and tear can be quite huge later on with roof leaking, pipe etc. Also on the time spent getting contractors etc.
