Juz got back from gamuda cove sales gallery...got quotation for 20×70
Basic unit...list price RM 800,800, SPA price 744k Booking 10k D/p 3% = 14k 7% + 7% bumi + 4% cash back Nett price house 664k 😢 Fyi, 70% taken edy, left a few int, most left out is corner a bit out stretch my 500k budget if i proceed....hurm |
