To me the land should remain a park/nature. extend paya wetlands perhaps.
what did the enviromental report say on this project, just wonder sweat.gif

Entrance is free for paya I dah wetlands. Nothing much except if u go during feeding time. See hippo and Croc feeding.

latest update : interchange might completed in march-mei 2019. No only for show house but for the opening of discovery park. Next will be theme park followed by the completion of phase 1 on 2021

Along the Elite highway, in between KLIA and Putrajaya toll whereby they put a really nice Gamuda Cove, that the site, with the construction of future Gamuda Cove Interchange.

SA call me just now ask to come to sales gallery at USJ. seems like phase 1 still got unsold unit. Rimbayu also still got unsold completed unit , initial price for Semi-D was 1m now selling at 800k++. No rush folks! enjoy the show hehe..

sometimes the tag is simply stick there to create 'panic'. just wait and see, agent will keep in touch with you to offer available unit. hehe..

Actually i prefer wide than long....

More tai fung and good for furniture placement.
