Many of my Cyberjaya neighbours are upgraders from USJ/Puchong area. If the actual statistics are similar, then make sense to target USJ lang.

From my experience 6.30pm depart from Bukit Jalil area to Cyberjaya Century Square around 21 minutes with 90-100km/h via MEX highway. While Google maps show 23 minutes. Google Maps show from Cyberjaya D Pulze area to TRX office around 35 minutes. If keep on 130km/h I think less than 30 minutes.

Its under perfect racing condition. yesterday light rain in the evening, saw traffic built up for no apparent reasons everywhere and rain is not an one off scenario in Malaysia, so does car break down, accident and macam macam. if you set up your expectation on perfect condition as the benchmark, you are setting up for failure and disappointment.
