USJ taipan jam is not without jam with no reason. they rather double or triple park, even for lunch or dinner.

Many of my Cyberjaya neighbours are upgraders from USJ/Puchong area. If the actual statistics are similar, then make sense to target USJ lang.

but there are pipu love strata. for eg like DPC, houses all nice as not "destroyed" by some "artistic" owners...

Almost no proper sign on main road. Small entrance beside smelly palm oil factory. Factories and cows everywhere. Abandoned cars parked outside the gate. Literally no shop at all, where to buy groceris leh.
Wasted potential as right beside ELITE.

BTW I hope Gamuda Cove will revive Paya Indah Wetland from the current sad state.

From my experience 6.30pm depart from Bukit Jalil area to Cyberjaya Century Square around 21 minutes with 90-100km/h via MEX highway. While Google maps show 23 minutes.

Google Maps show from Cyberjaya D Pulze area to TRX office around 35 minutes.

If keep on 130km/h I think less than 30 minutes.
