my main concern is building houses (esp DSH) on the peat ground, crack lines and pipe burst issues.

I believe all land in kuala langat is leasehold. from saujana putra to canal city.

but this one also swampy land....double whimmy.

Imo... GC is further away from BR/257/TA however access wise seems to better... At least they enjoy direct access to Elite. Also with access to Cyberjaya, it is probaby 5-10min AWAY TOLL FREE to MEX.

2. That place originally was nice, nowdays its a run down. 6pm already cannot go in. besides the crocs + hyppo nothing much to shout about. the artist impression pics are 90% different doh.gif
eitherway, it can be nice if it's well kept/ maintained + money poured into maintenance.

3. On another note, I wonder will they be a direct access road to that Paya Indah Wetland as seen on map(next to the land plot)

4. One would compare to cyberSouth. To me. if the access road crosses ELITE higway, passes by CyberSouth + interchange to MEX2, that would be awesome for folks around this area

Just my observation + 2cents smile.gif
