Of course from my/investor perspective, the gain is only 0.44%. 

maybe i should put

"My" gain = 0.44%

"funds" gain = 1.75%

But I think you can get reliable and accurate answer faster through official channels instead of through a bunch of amateur investors (I'm referring to myself  ) especially when you are a platinum member. This is exactly what I am thinking as well. After deduction of the personal loan interest, still can achieve 12% pa return? Further more there is nothing so call guarantee % out there. I wonder that method can sustain after a big hit.
