True also. But we might switch from one REIT to the other like from selina to Manu  brows.gif
Not sure how frequent will one do switching for EPF approved fund...  hmm.gif  You might need to sell and buy new if different fund houses?
i think EPF itself is quite conservative?  biggrin.gif
*
EPF dividend has been at the declining trend.
As of last year >6%
I just something about 8% min is fine.

Since Ponzi 1.0 is going to change its mandate through AGM, it'll be a good to scout for alternative.

Is this good replacement candidate?

Regarding this, can i confirm something ? Newbie here.
I think i read somewhere that the fund price published is 2 days ago punya price.

So let's take this united japan as example. Now NAV is 0.6171. does this mean this price is determined two days ago and only published today ?

OR

Today NAV from bloomsberg is 0.6171, however if i add on today via FSM, the price i will be getting is actually not 0.6171, but some price else, which T+2 i only will know ?

Thanks
*
Isn't the NAV shown got mention the date in FSM?

If you buy today before 3pm, you'll know the price tomorrow after lunch hours at the respective fund manager page.
Certain financial website could be faster.
You have to look for the date you buy.
It's called forward pricing. You won't know what is the NAV at the time of purchase.
Also do take note that, FSM could price in the NAV if you make the payment on the same day by 3pm (their system time).

Normal SC is 1.75% (Max for equity fund).

FSM Fund Choice: Amcumulative Growth [December 2017]

CONCLUSION

All in all, as we have maintained our preference for Asia Ex Japan relative to their developed marker peers, we believe that Asia equities remain the most preferred investment destination for investors. To those investors who share our long-term view, AmCumulative Growth would be an ideal candidate to tap into the investment opportunities via the aforementioned Asian ex-Japan equity fund.

While we still opine that the earnings growth in Technology sector will be sustained moving forward, investors should also aware that there is a concentration risk within the fund given with its concentration in China/Hong Kong (47%) and in the Technology sector (41. As such, investors should monitor this tactical call which rides on the current growth momentum in China and Techlogy sector more closely, and at the same time be mindful of their exposure, particularly their supplementary portfolio allocation (<10%) with respect to their risk profile.
