Wouldn't make general statements like that unless one has a good grasp of Sukuk market outlook. There was a time sukuk weren't doing well, think it was 2-3 years back if not mistaken.

Food for thought. We now see FI rallying like crazy but FSM's view is FI valuation is:
" As such, we are of the view that valuations are starting to look expensive within the fixed income space, which leads us to underweight fixed income vis-à-vis equities for the rest of 2019."

Most of my FI also had a big jump. I am not to happy, it doesn't seem natural or sustainable. Maybe a result of fear, investors fleeing risks to safer haven. This makes FI volatile as well

Already foresee it coming. It was not sustainable the way FIs were rallying. Not something to be happy about as a correction will happen when valuations are not realistic.

The author was a Japanese investor in the late 1980s. The implausibility of current valuations and narratives to justify those extreme valuations are strikingly similar... and so too will the result. Solely counting on the Fed will ultimately fail.
