To answer your question, Intel still has the larger market share overall (which includes enterprise) but that lead has dropped considerably over the last 3 years. Dropping the TDP to 105w will make it more efficient than the 7800x3D with the same performance in gaming yet still come ahead in general applications.
Glad that AMD just set it at 120w and users are free to go "eco" mode if they want to for the x3D unlike the whole debacle of forcing the other Zen 5s into eco mode out of the box.
