Quite happy with the performance of the CPU

A little low on the Cinebench benchmark, by default should be able to go closer to 1400.

So you cant place the cooler amd logo at top?
By default - NO.

It is possible to put the AMD logo on vertical alignment if you unmount the fan and remount it 90 degrees to the right.

Eh you experienced Ryzen 7 already, it's just a Ryzen 7 with even more cores and threads.

Benefit subjected to software capacity of pushing the threads.

I've proven in my video that even Adobe softwares do not utilize more than 4-6 cores with much effeciency.
This is correct.

Same I've tested it with Premiere Pro on 4K UHD rendering, there's a limit on how it goes.

One thing for sure, Premier Pro is still better than say Vegas Movie Studio.

It's not just clockspeed but the instructions per clock as well, that's where Intel is still good at.

wow careful with the temps man [>80c], i scare it might dmg / lower the longevity of the cpu  ohmy.gif
On the contrary it doesn't, you can run at 82c and that doesn't make it any better than running at78c.

Furthermore it's a stress test, actual usage often won't touch that figure.

3.9Ghz, 16GB DDR4-3000 (2933mhz).
Close the rest of the software, you'll touch 1.7k easily.

I don't think those drain much. I can't reach 1.7k Cinebench if I have stuff like Ryzen Master or CPU-Z running. Once all off, it goes 1.7k easily.

Also my memory speed is at 3200Mhz so that might have contributed a bit.

That 'Magic 4' is pointless. 3.9Ghz to 4Ghz is very little in performance difference.

What's your stability test?
