possible statement during 2018 dividend announcement:

ASM (before GE) - the fund have performed exra-ordinary supported by country high-growth...
AS1M/ASW (after GE) - the fund performed below expectation, due to world economic uncertainty

fellow sifus, just want to check, at what point of the day they take the amount of investment we have into records? cause i withdrawn 20k out today, last minute i got the funds transferred to me (a friend), therefore no longer need the funds, so i topped up at 4.50pm... is it still considered as 20k, or the amount is 20k lower at 4.50pm? not sure how, but lines to ASNB at banks closes at 4pm, but manage to snap funds at 4.50pm

no idea why, somehow manage to topup hmm

ya bro, i know lowest average of the mth, but now that i withdrawn 20k, and topped up again on the same day, not sure considered or not.. if they take into consideration, wasted my 20k effort lor and weird thing is so late still can topup..

for a moment my balls shrunk just now, after key in TAC in maybank, page error.. luckily 5 secs later get SMS saying topup successful

since its a monthly lowest balance...most probable scenario is your Nov17 lowest balance will be less 20k (so you will loss Nov17 dividend for that 20k...approx. RM100)

but if ASNB don't consider intra-day transaction, instead just looking at end of business day balance...then you won't lose that RM100..

hope epf 2017 can get more than 6%, then Asx might be higher than epf

Guys I've read earlier that 1st Dec is a public holiday.

So will the 2nd Dec be considered the first day of the month to top up and earn interest for the month of Dec?
