So 15% more difficult to get than 30% or 50%, lol
*
Actually 15% is more than enough...
Sorry to say this, not many Indians invest in ASx fund...
Don't have the actual figure, but based on observations only..
That's why previously I read got Indian guy top up 90k per shot so easy.. Staff even ask mau tambah lagi..
Reported by one of fellow forummer...

How nice, dividend double that of EPF & ASx.

LTAT maintains 12% dividend payout for FY16, profit up 5.6%

Guys, have something to ask. After financial year end, we get more units by dividend? Or we get money?
Thanks

Units. Unlike normal UT where upon dividend, the NAV will drop, amanah saham fixed price NAV remain the same.

If you are with a strong political party,... I think it's possible,... and this is also if the news is not leaked out to the public, and the loan officer will join hands with you ! I know of some national coalition party members managed to escape with some amounts.

But,... you better have the backing of the political party.

Hansel, I think you're spreading a rumour with zero basis. Please refrain from doing so. Should this be true, I would've known it earlier than you.

All ASB loans are done with banks like Maybank, CIMB etc. It's completely unthinkable how those with close ties to BN could do what you have implied.

Our banks are governed by strict regulations, at the purview of Bank Negara. We are not lawless. You may not like BN, but all accusations must be based on facts. Not hearsays or rumours. Let us all be responsible citizens.

Well.... let it be 'rumours' then. If I am to say everything based on facts, then we would not be talking abt all these, the problems we are in today, and the prbs that this ctry is going through.

Sure, banks are governed by strict regulations, but funds are transferred out in big amts and the people who processed the transactions inside the banks are only fined. And the latest is billions of RM are lost back in the nineties, and the PM's Office is going to start a probe now. Sure, governed by strict regulations,...

If things failed too many times, then everybody starts thinking and talking abt 'rumours'.

Some rumours are facts that can't be proven, or that must not be proven, for justice brings more damage to the general public than no justice. Generally justice should bring more good to the general public, BUT NOT some 'rumours'.

I did not say BN, please do not imply when I said the national coalition, I meant BN. Be responsible in words that you choose to use.

And who accused BN ? You did. I did not. You said I said BN. I did not say BN. smile.gif

And why did you touch on ASB ? I merely talked abt 'rumours' on loans. Nothing to do with ASB. It doesn't mean a thread on PNB funds needs to have all discussions inside here related to PNB funds.

And no, not many people know of many 'rumours', not even for someone who works inside PNB.

If dividend for ASx falls to 5.5-6%, I doubt there will be mass withdrawal. Yes, those that are savvy will look for other options like bond or UT. But there will still be plentiful people who will keep their savings in ASx if they have zero knowledge on other forms of investment or lesser risk appetite. After all, despite being under 6%, it's still better than FD.

Agree, even some of the savvy ones got <8% for the long term. From what I read many of those who took their epf money out to invest are in the -ve.

All accounts are available for now except ASB. Transfer from banks to ASNB accounts instantly via FPX. Zero charge. I tried transferring RM100 from Maybank to my AS1M account, and it was updated instantly. Receipts are sent to email and sms. No withdrawal feature yet, perhaps would be introduced in the future.
