First was Axis Crown.. then DATO ROSLAN KHALID remove his name from that developer and form a new one with this project call Ramada Lumut Resort(wonder why the ramadalumutresort.com no longer in service), and continue cheat public money. Promise us with guaranteed rental return of min 7% nett over 10years, but now our booking fees/10% downpayment gone. Ask for refund, but they keep themselve quiet!! DATO ROSLAN KHALID, we know you are reading this, remember one thing, YOU CANNOT HIDE FOREVER!! We will get updates of your movement and soon will be able to find you even if you change your company name again as you did before!! How is the process of sourcing for new office?? Got money for that but not paying us back?!

Some of us here lately still receiving calls from this Developer KBGROUP (Kinta Berkat Sdn Bhd), they are still asking some of us to pay up the 1st billing which is the SPA 10%. We do not know about other buyers received this call or not. They say that the construction is going well, company is doing well, no need to worry la. They close down their office in Midvalley is because difficult for public to find car park to visit their show unit and shifting to other location in KL.

But for internal news that we got is that they now even close down their email address.. some of us tried sending email to ask for our refund status to DATO ROSLAN KHALID was bounced back due to invalid email address..

We do not know what does this DATO ROSLAN KHALID trying to do, but for sure he is hiding away from public.

We also heard DATO ROSLAN KHALID (THE CHEATER!) is selling this company away to some people.. SO TO ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE, WATCH OUT!!!

There is someone contacted us who is another buyer of RAMADA LUMUT RESORT saying he tried contacted panel Lawyer of Kinta Berkat Sdn Bhd. He told us that even the lawyer do not know where is Dato Roslan Khalid been as the lawyer also unable to contact them!

This is another buyer who have paid 10% down payment to the CROOK name DATO ROSLAN KHALID!

DATO ROSLAN KHALID IS A LIAR! CROOK! and a SCAMMER!! ANYTHING COMES OUT OF HIM IS ALL A SCAM!! HIS LIFE IS A LIE!!

Talk only, cannot do. Look at their only project by DATO ROSLAN KHALID called RAMADA LUMUT RESORT in Lumut,Perak.. We bought it but now the project is a shit hole! Owing us money which most of us only RM2k of refund also cannot pay up. He most probably spending on his cars already.

Our resources telling us that he even owe some personal finacial huge amount of money..

We do not only want to exposed him, also his family sebab dia org pun ada dalam business ni.. terutama nya isteri and anak sulong dia...

This way semua orang tahu cerita sebenar keluarga ini.

How to trust anything that comes from DATO ROSLAN KHALID anymore?? We want the public to know about the true story about him! All the news from the press are all bullsh*t about him!! Rm2k also cannot refund to us, no need to think about his project construction!!

Congratulations to Axis Crown buyers. Finally all of you can see some bright lights for this property, everything will be fine as long not manage by Dato Roslan Khalid.

UPDATE!

From our resources, we found out that Dato Roslan Khalid until today is still contacting buyers to pay up their 10% downpayment. And Dato Roslan Khalid telling those buyer that the reason they move out from Midvalley is because parking is not easy to find. Look at the pictures below to remind you which is true about this statement. By the way, Tunas Dayamaju Sdn Bhd is their subsidiary company, this way is to keep people from knowing who are they.





For now, we are unable to contact him in regards of our refund status as his email is no longer vaild (datoroslan@kbgroup.com.my) infact his kbgroup.com.my is no longer available because tried to email to their HR manager also bounced back. Last conversation saying 2 weeks to refund us (have been many 2weeks given from year 2016).

We also unable to find him through his Facebook account anymore, this shows that Dato Roslan Khalid is not only hiding, he is running away from the truth that he is a CONMAN who cheat our money! With email down, facebook account down, Dato Roslan Khalid is still free out there is still CHEATING money for people like us!

EVERYBODY OUT THERE!! PLEASE BECAREFUL AND DON'T EVER TRUST HIS WORDS/PRODUCTS!! DATO ROSLAN KHALID IS NOT TRUSTABLE!
