I have encountered with him. His action qualified him to be highly untrustable individual. Yes, I was scammed by him before. Wouldn't want to disclose so many things here. For anyone who was approached by him for any kind of business proposal. Be cautious. He lured me into a business with lot of fantastic paperworks I have to admit and the thing is seemed to be deliverable. After gotten the investment from me, the things suddenly undeliverable, citing lack of fund, need to have bigger fund, earlier strategy which he seemed to be so confident, suddenly not viable. He could present himself as very very confident with many years in this and that. I think he could be owing or borrowed too much monies from others, making all the fund injected to him being passed around.
