At last someone standing on Dato Roslan Khalid side show up.
Ex-staff things that you talking about is not our main topic. If what we say here are fake, please explain on why are we greeted with the notice from court on their office door in Midvalley? Why our refund delayed starting from beginning of year 2016? Why is our email sent to Dato Roslan Khalid in regards of our refund status being bounced back? Why does the developement website is invalid? And why some of us still receiving phone calls to pay up remaining of 10% when most of our refund got no news?

Explain if you think it is fake. We all fed up chasing our refund starting from begining of 2016(only rm2k for a developer who tell us fully refund if cancel) that is why we are here to tell the public our problem and let them make their own thinking, their staff we normally talk to about our refund keep changing. Maybe you have some info that we do not know. We will apologize here if all these are truely fake.

Thank you..let us all create awareness of what happen to us dealing with Dato Roslan Khalid. It is very sad to see he live in a good life, good family gathering dinner, but we here dump money to his pocket, paying penalty to bank for cancel Loan that we apply to buy purchase his.

To make thing worst, their ex-staff no longer replying us to update us already.. so now only left us alone. We can only update about things among ourselves.

I think you missed our point here.. Let us tell you one more time, we here are the victim. Maybe you are still wondering what victim, we are a group of buyer who bought Dato Roslan Khalid new developement called "Ramada Lumut Resort". Developer promised that is cancelled sales of any reasons they will refund our bookings in full which is RM2k, but guess what happen?? Now MIA.. No updates of our refund status which some of us here cancelled in begining of year 2016. Where is our money?? Do not forget that some of us also pay the 10% to him.

Staff issues let him settle himself, all we want is our money back as promised 1 year ago. They earn their salary working under him, not us. By the way, if like what you said browsing FB during working hours, come late to work, is a issue, just sack them right? Why keep them working? Anyway, that is out of our topic here. Current economy is not good, who do not know? But does this mean due to this, Dato Roslan Khalid have the rights to keep us in the dark in regards of our refunds? What will you feel if you pay 10% of the SPA price to a project and the developer MIA? With this bad economy as you said, everybody will get pissed like we do..

At last someone come and back us up here, this is to prove that we are not fake like what Hanky Panky 14 said. We are sorry that you and your client are also a victim.
We have sent LOD to the company, but like what you say, NO REPLY. And then some of us go visit their office in Midvalley and saw that notice on the main door. That is where it all started. Right now whatever we do is like useless already, but we can prevent people from becoming his next SCAM victim. Do a proper search about the developer, anything bad about the developer must take extra care or stay far far away.

Again we like to thank you for backing us up here, we appreciate it alot.

After reading few times of Hanky Panky14 and Malaysian Malaysian comment, we got a question here. Are you guys from the developer or actually you are Dato Roslan Khalid? Because staff of a company seldom complaint about other staff come late, browse FB, not comitted when a company is going downside.
Only employee will complaint about staff because employee pay staff salary.

Just something we feel. How about you all? Have same like us feel?

Kinta Berkat juga menghadapi masalah menjelaskan hutang-hutang berkaitan perjanjian usahasama Projek Kedai di Sitiawan yang telah dibuat dengan Majlis Perbandaran Manjung (MPM) walaupun projek usahasama di Sitiawan telah siap sepenuhnya.  Jualan unit habis tapi duitnya tak nampak dan diselewengkan penggunaannya.

Saya difahamkan juga pihak MPM sedang mengambil tindakan untuk membatalkan perjanjian usahasama dengan Kinta Berkat atas tanah di Lumut (Projek Ramada Lumut Resort). Untuk kepastian sila hubungi Majlis Perbandaran Manjung.

Itu sahaja yang dapat saya kongsikan melalui pengalaman dan maklumat yang saya ada. Terima kasih

This is something that we don't know at all. Thank you for showing up here to help us to create awareness and prove to the public that there is a Dato by the name of Dato Roslan Khalid out there cheat people(everybody who dealing or involve is his business including buyer like us) money and also efforts of their employee since long time ago and he will not stop!

Now to those who do not believe us and try to defend Dato Roslan Khalid, we are open to your comments or thinking or feel here as long you can answer or explain every question all of us here asking. Or maybe even good if Dato Roslan Khalid you can show your own here and explain, do not forget you hutang us alot of money only for refunding. Or you can still MIA as normal.

UPDATE!

Dato Roslan Khalid this old crook email our agents saying to they are now can to claim their commission for selling the failure and abandoned project of Ramada Lumut Resort. And previously some of us received calls from Kinta Berkat Sdn Bhd to collect money, saying construction stage 2 wan to complete and the project is good construction timing as schedule.

Me ownself got contact Dato Roslan Khalid to ask about my refund, he say that he is now having interested investor to invest in his company, with this investment, he can pay me back. Bla Bla Bla~~ all stupid reason or excuses to delay again since year 2015.

I leave it to you all to think, will he really pay us back? I feel sad for Dato Roslan Khalid staff(old), because work without salary. For his new staff, you better leave as soon as possible.

We got people to just went to Ramada Lumut Resort land to check and we see that last time land clearing and now have to clear again... all grass come out fully already.. owe us small amount money, where got money to build somemore?

Among us got 2 not taking loan and they signed SPA but not received a stamp copy. They received calls to prepare payment as the construction for second billing want to complete.
