I'm using 8mbps....hoping to get a free upgrade to 10mbps unifi for reduced price, My are already got unifi

Agreed. Streamyx difficult to upgrade, there's the limitation of some "port" thingy, availability of port for 4mbps and 8mbps are so limited you must really wonder how most streamyx user will get free upgrade? hmm.gif sad.gif

mine also same case bro. As said in earlier reply, tried to apply unifi at my own place but was told got outstanding in streamyx account but ask their agent, say zero outstanding.

Later talk to the manager again.
