todei i checked with TM supports, they say my upgrade need to wait another 2 more months..which is September...before that they told me June..now Sepetember...keep adding up 3 months gap

anyone facing upload speed problem after upgrade? i got upgrade on early march, both download & upload speed okay (50mbps;20mbps).
today do speedtest, upload speed only half (10mbps). already call TM for complaint. |

Hi, received my free upgrade few days ago. Noticed that they increased the limit, and the total amount to be paid in their portal also suddenly increased. asked TM Connect, they said it is pro rate charges, the bill will maintain the same after that.
Is this normal? Have to pay RM150+ for this free upgrade, wtf! |

Anybody got the tm surprise opt for free hypptv jumbo package (12months)?
I check my bill suddenly got increase.. usual rm178.14.. now rm202.40 Wth.. got charges for the jumbo package.. |
