This router range suck and wifi quite unstable (latency spike)
During apply UNIFI 30mbps they give this too, after use about 2month cannot tahan and change to ASUS AC68

Im using this router for Unifi 50 mbps, but sometimes the speed really slow like kura2.

Is this Unifi's problem or this router's problem?

Try with LAN and see the speed, if u get full speed most likely router issue.
This DIR 850L quite good if u near the router.
However if you behind a wall, the signal very bad

I didn't receive any SMS or call but my speed was upgraded many months after that.

If you still haven't received it yet, better call them.

I got a speed upgrade it seems .... (Received an sms saying i got an upgrade and to turn modem off for 10 minutes)

But I dont remember that I apply it during that 'thank you shit offer' period

I didn't receive this... but again my unifi only installed only on december last year so prolly router etc given are compatible to support 100mb

my unifi occ account already showed they upgraded to 50Mbps

but when i tested using unifi speed test, the speed never exceed 30Mbps

which router are you using?

i ask the helpline, they confirm i get the 30-50 upgrade but still dont know when they do it. they target completion by september 2017. just need to wait i guess.
