i ask the helpline, they confirm i get the 30-50 upgrade but still dont know when they do it. they target completion by september 2017. just need to wait i guess.

i am moving house soon, do you think i cna get the free upgrade transfer over, to my new house and i have not yet get the free upgrade as of now.. so slow tm.
