Let's just be glad that this is the fastest to 60/100 and most fuel efficient stock car under RM100k.
Until more madmen start recording their 0-100km/h in MY and done properly at 5 bar battery charge, let's just peg the 0-100 at ~7.7 to 7.9 seconds

Nah, it ain't interference, hybrid battery is faraday caged in aluminium casket. BT is also quite a resilient protocol.
When BT transmitter runs on battery, it 100% loses the hiss. It's confirmed audio ground loop.
So, either I spend RM60-90 on some 3.5mm audio ground isolator or charge then run the BT transmitter.

It's currently:
Phone --1.5meter [3.5mm to RCA]--> miniDSP --1.5meter [RCA to 3.5mm]--> BT transmitter

Power supply is:
12V->5V --1.5meter--> miniDSP (audio GND looped below)
12V->5V --0.5meter--> BT transmitter (audio GND looped above)
It's a mess. I'll just charge and run the BT transmitter since it can last for a claimed 15 hours. So that's charge every week with 5+ hours to spare. Ez pz.

Sound dampening

20% heavy traffic jam, 60% normal road, 20% high speed. It's about your driving technique. Use regen braking instead of pressing brake pedal too much. Let the regen do the early braking. Anticipate the speed. My brake pad still plenty after 70,000++km, 5 years. Still on original brake pads.

Yesterday night, i moved from P to R, suddenly there's a jerk and rpm automatically jumped till 2500 , then i quickly shifted to N and then back to R again, everything goes back to normal.

Mine is the FL 2017 Jazz E-spec. (Mileage 5k plus only)

Anybody encountered this problem before?

Your Vios must be 4AT, and current Jazz is CVT.

Torque from CVT comes in later around 70-120KPH unlike 4AT where power comes when gear downshifts.

I have driven both and it takes time to get used to it.

Heck, Jazz actually changed how I drove Vios differently, saved more petrol

Use the light indicator on your instrument cluster, I try to maintain green light most of the time

Full tank only managed to get 350km. Odometer still less than 1000km though. Mostly city driving 70% and 30% highway. Reasonable?

Had a hunch and finally found out why the hybrid DCT was jackrabbiting/jerking/lurching back and forth.

Basically, when you wanna slowly crawl forward; it's something like you shouldn't feather and lift, then midway while slowly inching; feather and lift, then feather and lift again quickly like automatic/torque converter cars

You always press hard when accelerate ka? Me always drive up to 170-180km/h yet can get above 500km+ full tank

Nop. Never had that problem. My problem right now, if tekan kaw kaw then stop at traffic. When you want accelerate feels like no power even at 2k rpm. After 5 mins back to normal.

Bro, How abt from R to P, go metal clunking noise from under the car?...sound is more obvious when u wind down the front windows..

No bro. Drive insanely with “manners” haha. Using green indicator like 90% of my driving. My car still yet to reach 1000km so these guys said i should break in the engine. Not to push the car kaw kaw and not to baby it.. anyway mine is not hybrid. Are yours hybrid?

I alsothought the car is thirsty la bro. I tot atleast can travel 500km even with 100% city driving with jammed

100% city driving with at least 500km quite hard bro...if mix highway 70% city 30% easily over 500km...usually i hit 500km-550km before pumping

Yup got that sound but not that loud. If i press brake really deep while changing gear from R to P, there will be no noise.

If i press the brake just a little while changing gear yes the noise very noticeable.

Mine is petrol pre-fl (2015)

for my first 1000KM service/inspection. this is free of charge right? according to the maintenance table, there is no charge applicable. need so opinion so that i will not get tapau/ketuk later hahaha

What the heck is injector cleaning...? Is it necessary during car servicing...?
