QUOTE(takenaga @ Jan 10 2017, 02:48 PM) Yeay for the new thread! Welcome to the club bro. I am a new owner of Jazz V Modern Steel Metallic with Modulo Package. Really love this car! Just wondering, is it normal for a Jazz to hear wind noise? it is quite noticeable tho, compare to HR-V. I don't know about GK but on GE model, the wind noise was quite apparent when new. After a while (3 months or so later) , it disappeared!! Or maybe I got used to it... Haha... |

QUOTE(takenaga @ Jan 10 2017, 03:42 PM) Thanks bro. hahaha like that ah. what have you mod your Jazz so far? im planning to add DRL and pillar light for my Jazz. Already contacted the guy who can do it. He said the DRL and pillar light are plug and play. Does it mean that no wiretapping needed? just plug the DRL/pillar light in the available socket? I dunno this stuff please enlighten me. Sorry bro. Can't help you there as my Jazz is stock standard. Driven by wifey. Perhaps other sifus here can help. However, do note that any mod you do, Honda Malaysia will take the opportunity to revoke your warranty. QUOTE(IMfae_ @ Jan 11 2017, 04:24 PM) yeah, my brother and me wondering about the temp indicator too!! later on after read the user manual, it will only shows when our engine temp goes out of normal temp range either blue and red light indicator. if not shown then should be okay and nothing to worry about. As I know, installing door visor will not help reduce the wind noise as the wind noise can come from various parts.will this wind noise be reduced by installing door visor?I can hear the noise too. |

QUOTE(fr2005 @ Mar 27 2017, 08:01 PM) Hi all, I just want to know if this is normal for Honda Jazz (bought in Dec 2015) maintenance service. I did my 20,000 km service today. My actual km is only 17,000 but i'm late by 3 months already. For car's under warranty, it should be following EITHER mileage OR months. Your mileage maybe low but if it's time to service, you'll need to do it regardless on your mileage. Since you are late by 3 months service, HONDA Malaysia have the right to cancel your warranty. Hence, it's advisable to check this with your service center. If your warranty is void, then forget about servicing your car in 3 months' time. The SA told me to do my 30,000km service in another 3 months coz he said i should have it serviced 3 months ago. I estimated that in 3 months, my km will be like 20,000km only. Should i go for that 30,000km service or not? I'm confused.[COLOR=red] And this 20,000km service costed me RM500. I thought it's quite expensive. So, after coming back from the service, i checked with the maintenance service cost from Honda website, only cost around RM 246 (for engine oil + drain plug washer + oil filter + labour charge + GST). I looked back at my receipt. They added: (i) evaporator cleaner = RM18.75 (ii) aircond evaporator cleaner = RM 120.00 (iii) Nano mist = RM 68.00 (iv) lubricate frt both power win = RM 5.00 and the engine oil, instead of RM79.00 (in the website), it became RM122.00 (i thought it's ok maybe coz it's a better oil or smthg like that (they use snow-20 engine oil)). But my question is, is this normal for 20,000km service? Anyone here has the same experience like me? i want to be prepared for my next 30,000km service. Thanks in advance![COLOR=red] Warranty is a sensitive issue to both HONDA Malaysia and consumer. I believe all manufacturer will do the same on warranty requirements. On the other hand, some charges above like nano mist is not required and it should be clarified before work commences. Other than that, 40k service would be an even killer! I did my 40k service last time (whereby my mileage was only 27k km) at rm6xx |

QUOTE(twho @ May 24 2017, 05:05 PM) Guys, All GK models are 6 months or 10k interval whereas the GE models are every 3 months or 5k I purchased my jazz in end nov and went for my 1k service early jan. I noticed on my invoice, my next service is stated as early july. Is that correct? Does the 6 months start from my previous service. Thanks |

Not to be a spoil sport but actually Honda is ripping customers off on this hybrid as the tax exemption is high and the amount of given equipment is inadequate.

QUOTE(nakjadiDE @ Sep 18 2017, 04:41 PM) for my first 1000KM service/inspection. this is free of charge right? according to the maintenance table, there is no charge applicable. need so opinion so that i will not get tapau/ketuk later hahaha Definitely 1k inspection is free. Unless the SC puts in unnecessary products, then it'll be different. Usually, SC will give you an estimate before they start work and 1k is usually RM0.00 |

QUOTE(Eithanius @ Sep 20 2017, 12:00 AM) Honda AutoWorld Asia quoted me RM 185 labor charge as an option... I rejected it outright... Some service advisers really hentam all those options... My basic service of less than 200 bucks suddenly ballooned to 550... Luckily I know shit what my service options are... Those blur sotongs owners will sure kena conned kao kao... Bro, if I were you, I'll change my SC. I was sending my jazz to Autoworld quite frequently until I found out that they are a bunch of crooks.Asked me to change my gb oil at 10k mileage saying that I'll save to labor cost!!! Then, some stories I heard that they never changed the oil filter but charge the owners for it anyway. Long time I have blacklisted this SC. |

QUOTE(danthe0 @ Dec 11 2017, 11:59 PM) Yeah got another confirmation from other Jazz Hybrid users also... It’s normal. There will always be some variation from the speedometer to the gps speed.メーター誤差 車両のスピードメーターが60km/hのとき、OBD2読みやGPSの実速度は56km/h前後です。 誤差は概ね6~7%の過大表示。(GP6の185/60R15タイヤの場合。) "Parameter error When the vehicle's speedometer is 60 km/h, Read OBD2, GPS rate is 56 km/h around. Error is approximately 6-7% excessive display. (If the GP6 185 / 60R15 tires. )" sos Sept 2013, he reported that. Local Jazz H released August 2017. 4 years never fix. Dafuq Honda ? |

I bought from bosch to piaa etc. Got fed up with the poor quality even though paid extra.
Lastly, I bought RM 10 wipers from Aeon and to my surprise, it serve me well! Shows that all cheap things are NOT always bad. |

QUOTE(jimbet1337 @ Apr 9 2018, 12:32 PM) Guys, do the front & rear bumper of RS spec Jazz (see below pic) can fit/plug n play to CKD Jazz? Any modification needed? Niceeee... Any difference of the headlight/rear lights & fender between the two models? ![]() ![]() I still think GE8 is one of the best looking jazz if done properly. Not too aggressive and not too tame. Just nice! |
