Unreal. All that hoopla still took a full day to resolve!? No wonder it took them days and week to respond to a customer simple request. Customer service is definitely their last concern and not improving anytime soon. Digi is FUBAR. Bring something harder than eggs next time.

UPDATE: Digi has replied to us with a full statement. Here’s what they said:
“We met with the customer yesterday to listen to his concerns as customer feedback is important for us to improve our overall service and experience. After further investigation, we agreed on a resolution together within the day. Our customers continue to be our priority, and while we continue to do our best to address concerns, we welcome feedback in an amicable manner as we also have a duty and responsibility to protect the interest and safety of our employees, guests and other customers across our channels.” When asked further for more details about what the customer’s issue was exactly and how Digi resolved it, the telco’s representative declined to comment. |

QUOTE(bluehedgehog @ Jan 9 2017, 01:47 PM) It's seems like we can know next year will show the data between 2016 and 2017 decrease again.QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jan 9 2017, 01:48 PM) Yes, however you might encounter 2 problems based on your luck.1st - Service provider will really help to solve your problem (like digi) and they won't do police report to you (because it is the service provider faulty that did not solve your problem well proper). But your face become famous like him (based on soyacincau).. You can become Youtuber. OR 2nd - Service provider will make a police report based on your attitude vandalism and revolt their HQ there. And you will experience the issues enter to jail. The service provider did not help to solve the problem, but end up you will receive a lawyer letter and meet them on court.
