QUOTE(dgboy @ Mar 11 2017, 09:34 PM) AFAIK the subscription is suspended, it will auto renew once your credit is enough. The renewal won't be back dated to the original renewal date. Thanka for confirmation...means the new cycle of the subscribed plan will starts on the day i reload for fees deduction. Cheers

QUOTE(fairylord @ Mar 11 2017, 08:38 PM) Hav confirmed digi via live chat that so long you dont unsubscribe the plan...it will stick with your account till....even though the plan not in combo list anymore.. Someone might reconfirm to assure this Opps if you are referring any prepaid plan + combo RM38 ....or u r referring "Digi InternetPlus Plan RM38 " that i have not heard abt yet.. I am referring to the plan come with 4GB + Unlimited Call + Unlimited Facebook cost RM38/month Just wonder if later suddenly Digi have new plan. My subscribed plan will remain? I worry later if I MNP to Digi Prepaid and subscribe that RM38 combo. One month later cannot renew that plan and forced to take another plan now. Any idea? Or once I subscribed to the RM38 and it will auto renew even the plan take down already.

QUOTE(casseylim001 @ Mar 11 2017, 06:42 PM) Digi Prepaid InternetPlus Plan RM38 also got unlimited call and 4GB internet. But I feel kind of cheated. After subscribe, I found the internet speed not as good as Maxis. End up I still use back my Maxis broadband. Actually I believe is traffic issue.. Maybe your area many Digi user and Digi cant always have heavy traffic due to the cheap plan I think. When I outside I will change to 3G instead of 4G... 4G always hang

The unlimited calls that come with DiGi Prepaid InternetPlus is not truly unlimited as a FUP of 1,000 minutes apply. For truly unlimited call plan, you still have to go for the Postpaid plan.

QUOTE(fcuk90 @ Mar 11 2017, 10:14 PM) Anyone over here could do MNP ? I would like to downgrade from postpaid to digi prepaid which can subscribe the SLL ? does not mind if need to pay additional fees for the porting services I think better you walk in to digi store or those digi express store. they can do it for you. QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 11 2017, 10:49 PM) anybody using prepaid internet plus with unlimited call ? how is the download speed ? thinking to port over from maxis take note the unlimited call has a FUP of 1000 minutes. If you really don't mine, I suggest you buy a prepaid starter pack and test the internet at your area, because it is hard to tell. some people experience congested network hence slow speed, but in my area is quite ok.

For truly unlimited call plan, you still have to go for the Postpaid plan. but I am in the opinion it's quite good already. no one currently offer unlimited call at RM38. If really you use more than 1000 minutes it's better to go for postpaid 80.
