Hi, wish to know is there a bug with DiGi billing payment? There is an unbilled amount of lower than RM 100 (I subscribed BB 100). I believe it is for the 1st month of pro-rated bill.

When I want to make payment for that amount, there is no bill available and show RM 0, I can't make payment while there is an unbilled amount show there. Is it I have to wait for next billing cycle?

I had this problem when I first use Digi BB, you have to report to CS, they told me it is hardware problem at their end. It took them 3days to correct it.

I think bcos Digi BB blocks VoIP it somehow also block WhatsApp too.

What do i need to dial to redeem that?

I did redeem tye first time but now i can't remember the number to dial. This is the case because you can only redeem once a month for 3 months.
