I've been trying to reach the digi customer care services. It seems that i was put on hold for 11 minutes and the queve was surprisingly long.
The customer blabla care menu seems to be very limited as well.
If you can't input a valid digi service number, it'll forward you to only 3 options.
1 for lost/stolen 2 for Porting status/enquiries and 3 at last, it's only for promotion .(Which means listen to yellow uncle with a belly sing his promotion tune in major C and minor D vocals).
You tries to wait, it'll refuse to connnect you to a digi customer care consultant. It'll kick you back into the same 3 options.
Press lost/stolen, customer care consultant refuse to pick up. They seems to be aware of what options you pick and will skip you out until you hang up yourself.
Nice try digi. For few years, you've been letting your potential customers to listen to your crap digi tune for over 10mins on hold.
DiGi sure drive you nuts with their Yellow Man theme tune when they keep you on hold. Definitely far more than 11 minutes based on my own experiences with them.
