For my car yes. Lots of rattling and deformed plastic which doesn't fit snugly.
Wiper.....less than one year already streak.
Now is squeaky seats.....like sitting in old car. and my wife also complain ride is very bouncy.
Those double bumps..you pass....mampui...like riding on a Virtual 3D cinema chair.
Suspension harder than other B segments.

Now they add in dunno what air cond evaporator service for every 20k and another one is carbonise cleaning at 30k.

Is the carbonise cleaning necessary?

I have experienced the problems u listed. I also have one more issue which is my both rear windows will get stuck when too long didnt wind down. Nowadays when people ask me whether is my car good. I will still recommend them BUT i will warn them that dont expect too much from CKD quality especially when Honda sales is on the rise right now and the long waiting time in SC.

At least the branch you went quoted you for RM450 for 10k service. I just did my 1k service on 18/7 and they informed me that the estimated price for 10k service is RM540+- The branch I went is the one in Bandar Baru Bangi

Last time I paid less than RM 300. Because 10k km service labor charge is free.

You can refer to website below for simple estimation and parts mandatory to change. The engine oil quoted here is mineral oil. For us upgrade to Fully Synthetic oil 10-20W add another RM 50 like that...

So if the SC next time quote additional items other than these, please question them will it void warranty if not change that additional item...SC normally will quote extra items to earn more....so always check first.

My 10,000km service was on 2015 and it cost Rm265.35. Not to mention, this price includes upgrading the engine oil to fully synthetic oil.
Just almost 2 years, they increase double fold? Tell them to F themselves.
Just tell the SC to follow strictly to the servicing schedule and dont add anything extra. Balancing, alignment, tyres, car battery and other wear and tear stuff can change outside.

just be a smart consumer . know what u should change and what u dont need to change. for 10-40k , just engine oil , oil filter , air filter and cabin filter . thats all only ....until now , still got ppl use injector cleaner every 10k km ...waste money only

Those SCs that tries to overcharge you, I am not sure you can go back to them. When their service advisors are suckers I doubt their service technicians are any better. Since the kepala is rosak case, it will goes down to everyone.

I recommend going somewhere else.
