What about 5-30? The semi synthetic engine oil.. as I know, thicker oil provide better protection for the engine but 0-30 seems a bit expensive.. I am going to change my engine oil next month, 5 mth old car with mileage less than 3k, thinking to chg 5-30 or 0-20..
*
Quite an under utilised car. Go for 0-20 will do . Forget about semi sync oil

CVT gearbox cost RM14k (exclude labour). im changing the gearbox oil every 20k km instead of 40k km.
if you always revving ur engine > 3000rpm, recomemded to use 0w-30 more thick higher fuel comsumption
< 3000 rpm use 0w-20 thin oil fuel saving.
*
Been using 0w30 since 10k service until now 60k...

Bought it from Lazada for RM119.
http://www.lazada.com.my/honda-city-2014-n...e-11947536.html

Auto lock when your speed goes beyond 20kmph. Auto unlock when you shift to P.
There is another type which auto locks when you shift to D, that can be found in Lazada also with slightly lower price.
Installation is easy, just plug it into the OBD port and that's it. thumbsup.gif

Since the air/cabin filter is part of the preventive maintenance, I guess it might void the warranty since you are not following the recommended maintenance by authorized SC. Better read the warranty booklet for the TnC.

Hi All,
i have 1 question, if driving on the slope or down the slope. I stop my car and shift to "N" and pull up the handbrake. Does the car will continue to move ?
As i encounter when i stop on the slope and shift my gear to N and pull the hand brake. The car will slowly move down or move up.
Please advise is this normal ? If not, then i will inform SC on my first 10kkm service. BTW my car is just 2 months old. Thanks.

If you only pulling handbrake softly hmm.gif

It will move toward gravity's direction.

The problem only if you still feel had force toward front on N

Hi Tachlio,
Yes, it move toward the gravity direction. As i thought when hand brake applied and gear shift to "N" mode, the car will station on slope without any movement. (Base on my driving manual car last time).
But now, the car will move to gravity direction, abit by abit it move. Feel like the rear brake is not fully lock the behind both wheels.
