Unable to login Kiplepay. Keep on getting handshake error. Clear data, cache and reinstall also same.

Now can login already

Tried so many times to log in. System said I have changed phone but I did not, told to change password, I tried so many times to set new password and it kept on saying password has been used before.
Very annoying

my password also invalid earlier, when i asked CS, they said they increased the password security (no repeat pw, must include special char, etc)

Ah thanks, got it done now.
I uninstalled first, then forgot password then changed accordingly. Now I have to record it somewhere as it's not my usual password combination anymore

now kiplepay cannot login at website anymore? last time i can login on web then redeem the point...

maybe i too new using the app. didnt notice got any points earning when using the app.

only found out forumer shared here can login web to redeem points to cash

Card got unauthorized access and disabled Dec 29, 2022,
took 2 months to send me physical card, but can't activate due to software bug.

1st April, nearly 3 months later, still unsolved, pending update.

gave me 2 options:

1. use another phone video record the ID veriifcation and send to kipple email support ----Pakiu this ideas
2. login to other phone to do verification ----pakiu this idea again . Told CS later both Kipple account got ban for fradulent trandsactions - CS saids this is OK wan .....i;m tryhing this option ....

from my experience, that tilting part is the most annoying. keep timing out. redo few times.

Long time back when i had issue, i went into daylight + took off specs, cap/hat, etc and it worked
my budget phone's selfie indoor capture sucked nuts XD
