Actually it's ocbc titanium cashback system crash for June Statement. I made complaint last month and the CS confirmed this. They said will manually credit the cb this month.

Not sure will they manually credit to all. Perhaps it's better to make official complaint.

nice, just noticed kiple pay app's transaction history has more data for Visa transactions

can see MCC and payment method too like contactless or ecommerce

Kiple asked for new password, but when keying in new password got the message password has been used before, but i'm sure that it's a new password.

anyone got the same problem before? how to solve this?

mix lo. let's say current pass is "abc123!@#" then you change to like "abcd1234!@#$" lo.

ya changed a few combinations already but still getting the same error password used before which i'm sure it's not the case.

they will ask you questions if they deemed your request is suspicious

guess they know ppl are simply topping up then withdraw straight
