yah my friend also got questioned by them. not easy to withdraw. guess they know other ewallet abuse by withdrawing after topup lol

Yesterday no issue top up, but not using PBB card.

called PBB cs, seems like system issue, can't use it for shopeepay as well

Anyone encounters third party credit card top up issue?. I am used to top up my daughter account via my credit card for months and recently got blocked. Asked customer service said now kiple pay only allow first party but if third party need supporting documents.

of cos they will block since everyone only can use RM10k/month but you are getting RM20k or more

Apply a supplementary card for your daughter and use that card number instead. Kautim.

2 main cards, can have multiple others(required CCv each time)

I asked kiplepay my online withdrawal why slow, they say their tnc say is 30 days lol. Really shouldnt try that. Shud have just withdraw from atm, same thing but direct get money.
