As for the billing address issue I have shared earlier as I was struggling with it too. What I did was after I filled in the necessary, I kept hitting the save button non stop until it succeeded. Stupid but somehow it works.

What I meant earlier the differences of target markets and benefits between kiplepay and bigpay. Of course anyone with kiplepay can use for overseas but that’s not the selling point.

got my card, activated, try to spend online, got the otp on my phone but there is no box to input otp (authentication failed). anyaone facing the same problem?

your case Telco issue maybe

airplane or restart phone. let Telco flush out the sms after reconnection.

To clarify:

Wednesday. Try to use debit card, 1 otp came in, successfully paid. After 30mins try to use again, no otp. 68886 used by lalamove as well, lalamove otp able to be received.

Saturday. Try to use debit card again. Otp page error but sms received. Tried again, otp page error and otp sms not received.

Sceptical that this is a telco issue.

if you explain more earlier, then we know what happened.

if you didn't get otp, likely blocked by limits or thresholds or insufficient wallet balance to make payment.

also 68886 shortcode is shared. received once by lalamove doesn't mean it will always work. sometimes Telco sms centre got backlog. somtimes the sms aggregator that manage 68886 has backlog too.

the moment you initiate payment, there are many parties or systems involved throughout the whole end-to-end transaction chain.

Tried to top up again with wife's card. Looks like the error with the authentication page is still there. Wife's phone has no problem with OTP.

How to delete cc that has been added to KP? hard to find...still cannot find it after 20min browsing the app.

Note : just found it. When I click on "ecard", it was blank for some times. Now cards appears.
