Anyone know how to change added credit cards with the new Kiple app.
Been clicking around but there are no options to do so.

Same here.

I managed to receive OTP 1 time. After that otp also stopped coming in as well.

To clarify:

Wednesday. Try to use debit card, 1 otp came in, successfully paid. After 30mins try to use again, no otp. 68886 used by lalamove as well, lalamove otp able to be received.

Saturday. Try to use debit card again. Otp page error but sms received. Tried again, otp page error and otp sms not received.

Sceptical that this is a telco issue.

also 68886 shortcode is shared. received once by lalamove doesn't mean it will always work. sometimes Telco sms centre got backlog. somtimes the sms aggregator that manage 68886 has backlog too.

the moment you initiate payment, there are many parties or systems involved throughout the whole end-to-end transaction chain.

Thanks for the explanation. I have sufficient balance so that i means i might have to call my telco.

Tried to top up again with wife's card. Looks like the error with the authentication page is still there. Wife's phone has no problem with OTP.
