Yeap still can’t. I leave it first wait for next update. Otherwise just direct top up with a new credit card

Hi, my account is verified (oledi submit IC and done eKYC) but wallet size still basic..
Is there any step to do to upgrade to premium/platinum?

Yes, I follow what shown in video.
First attempt failed to verify, 2nd attempt successfully change to verified, but wallet size still basic..
Maybe I wait for one day, then tmr will contact CS if still same..

Is it we will receive sms notification once success to verify?

or can try logout and login again see.

Daily - 1k
Weekly - 2.5k
Monthly - 10k

In order to withdraw all 10k you have to do it 12 times with RM2 charge each.

With weekly withdrawal limit just 2.5k, how’s that possible?

6 Sep: Received RM25 credit
9 Sep: Received physical card, havent activate.

I tried on shopeepay for testing only. Haven't tried big pay.
