Me too, it keep failing after 3s video record. I already feedback through bot but so far no reply.
Anyone verify successful?

Successfully verified yesterday and status changed to platinum. The hardest part for me was tilting the IC. No issue at 3s video.

When applying for the Prepaid Visa card need to pay rm20 for the card fee first then it will be reimbursed later?

I have problem verifying the IC part. Don't know how to tilt it to make it pass.

I also don’t know the correct way but I guess we have to make sure our fingers don’t cover the right and left edges. Because they have to verify the IC is actually a physical card.

Mine failed too. "0% match". My IC is pretty new (3 years ish) and I even have the same hairstyle. I tried everything and can't capture a selfie video to their satisfaction.

i had trouble all night getting pass the donkey video too.
Then i tried it today outdoors' light with no spectacles - pass! bwhahaah

Mine, it could match my husband on his phone in same conditions (identical to mine - Samsung Note 20), but for mine, my face couldn't be captured. I tried everything like uinstalling and reinstalling.. but 0% match.

After taking the 3 sec video (ie. just stand there & dont move while video recording):
a. when it failed - it says video doesnt match IC picture
b. when it passed earlier today - it says something like completed & just puts me to platinum straight away. note - i cant recall the exact screen/words for completion coz i saw it only once VS the failures i faced several times yesterday thus i can recall more details heheh.

i've had 96% and 100% match. Still declined even with 100% match.

It shows a still picture.

I've also had IC number not matching at least twice.

they rely solely on the app, so no such thing as "their satisfaction". When it fails, no one can help you because according to their support, backend system shows success, but app is not letting through. So just try and try until you get an instant upgrade. I spent hours doing this.

i think it's those 3D horror-gram that it's trying to capture.

Wow thanks for sharing. This is terrible! I'm most annoyed because I can't even access my stored CC to delete. I was thinking if it's so troublesome I just abandon my account and use my husband's since the spend limit is now 10k and we are always home together.

Guess I will try the tips tomorrow and do in sunlight.

Either the app is very touchy to internal lights' reflection even when i had 3 sources of lights in my room switched on
OR
it is trying hard to filter out possible vampires, thus natural light / sunlight worked for me bwhahaha XD

and no, you don't have to swing your IC left and right. Swinging your phone while your IC stay still also can
