Mine failed too. "0% match". My IC is pretty new (3 years ish) and I even have the same hairstyle. I tried everything and can't capture a selfie video to their satisfaction.

Thanks so much for sharing. Can I ask, after taking the video, was it just a 0% match and a blank picture? Or did it actually capture your photo, but can't match?

Mine, it could match my husband on his phone in same conditions (identical to mine - Samsung Note 20), but for mine, my face couldn't be captured. I tried everything like uinstalling and reinstalling.. but 0% match.

they rely solely on the app, so no such thing as "their satisfaction". When it fails, no one can help you because according to their support, backend system shows success, but app is not letting through. So just try and try until you get an instant upgrade. I spent hours doing this.
i think it's those 3D horror-gram that it's trying to capture.

Wow thanks for sharing. This is terrible! I'm most annoyed because I can't even access my stored CC to delete. I was thinking if it's so troublesome I just abandon my account and use my husband's since the spend limit is now 10k and we are always home together.

Guess I will try the tips tomorrow and do in sunlight.

After a zillion tries at verification I got a 100% match standing in bright sunlight at noon. But.. My profile now says "pending" instead of immediate verification like my husband's.

Anyone else get this pending thing?

My previous attempts just failed.. But this one is actual pending.

Thanks for sharing.. Just one silly question. What do you mean silent reject? I submitted... And resubmitted... And still pending. These 2 submissions are different from my previous attempts where it couldn't even submit and 0% match. Now can recognise and submit easily, but status is pending. Basically I'm wondering if this means I shokld keep submitting like a crazy person until its instant approved or if I should wait until business hours on Monday to see if they are doing some form of manual approval.

I tried chatting with them no response.

App and user experience feels so... "incomplete" / beta mode.

Finally managed to get my account fully verified and up and running!

Anyone having trouble with online transactions using Kiple card? I have 1k stuck there for the past 3 days, which I was trying to use for insurance and government online payment. I experimented with several online merchants e.g. TNB, Time, lazada, and all stuck at the OTP page.
