Webe LTE signal 4/5 bar here, keep buffering when stream video
Switch back to my Celcom 4G 2/5 bar, went smooth all the way..
A bit disappointed with Webe..

My place so slow.

Guys, I just signed up webe yesterday.
Tested webe with my phone (Google pixel), got 7mb per second in their outlet (queensbay penang)
However, their staff use the same sim card, in the same location, he gotten 40mb per second!! His phone is one plus 1

Any idea what made the differences?

I'm using oneplus one. The phone does not support band 5 lte so the staff must be connected to band 38/40 instead maybe thats why its faster. I've got lte on my phone somewhere in mid valley and the speed is about 20~30 mbps. Never reached 40 though.

by default hp will connect to highest signal tower ( low - RSRP value) even in congest. try to change tower. speed will be better even lower signal as long not more than -90dbm rsrp
the concept 4 bar signal / not congest > 5bar signal but congest tower.
if you can find full bar signal & not congest is a bonus, may get more than 20mbps

Anyone know what "Othees" charge about? Webe charge me 320 ringgit for 2 lines. Can anyone explain?

I used 2 weeks. Paid RM212 (2 lines) less than 30 days
Now have to pay some more 108 ringgit for less than 30 days.

But the bill start counting from 1/12 ...
Then u need to clarify this with webe i guess..

For the prorated, maybe it's start counting from the date you bought this webe plan? I can see you pay on 1/12/2016 using m2u.

For the advance, just like someone said before, webe use prepaid system, pay first then use.

This new T&C applicable to new subscribers or everyone, new and old?

can you explain more on the timeline?

1) when did u order?
2) when did u receive the SIM? delivery or walk-in to collect SIM card?
3) when did you really first use the SIM, plugged into phone and use?

u get charged first before use. you belum pay lagi.

bill date is 1 Jan. due date is 22 Jan. u got 21 more days to pay after bill date (whatever is charged on this bill).

Can I know how to change to connect to a lower tower?

Slowly congestion creeps in..

No, they start counting from the date you activate your SIM.

Should be all. Because in the agreement they reserve the right to change of the TnC.
