It's highly depends on location, i guess..

Both in Klang and Shah Alam (seksyen 14)... 3G speeds is OK, I think...

The port out confirmation message comes from your current Telco... not Webe.. (unless, Webe didn't process your port request, but i doubt that)
You should ask your current telco on your port out progress
BTW... which telco are you porting out? I know there's certain telco that doesn't send the SMS and reject your application for no reason.

I'm using webe for personal PC usage (using usb modem).
No 4g, just 3g.
But somehow the connection seems to be bad these recent days.
In shah Alam the connection seems fine but back at home getting frequent dc. But my other Celcom based line send to be ok..
Normal.. or issue in my area?

got 2mbps connection in Klang and in Shah Alam (where I normally got 8mbps)..

Do u think it's Webe.. or Celcom's problem

My other Celcom-based line got standard 3-4mbps on 3G


Edit:
Just on Chat with Webe CS..
They're pointing to Celcom for the 3G problem since they're riding on their network..
No capping or whatsoever from webe's side...

So... can consider it's official webe/celcom's capping 3G users' speed?

Seems like I'm not getting >2mbps for days already wherever I went (on 3G only...)

For capping.. is it under Celcom.. or Webe?
A CS said it's under Celcom...
