QUOTE(hyperyouth_firepower @ Jan 6 2017, 05:01 PM) Its not that i disagreed with you. Hi...Its webe that is disagreeing with you. At least their new tnc is. To them the definition is to have a voice-enabled dialing device, aka phones, not other form factors. Months back their definition was different, phones and exclusively USB modems for single use. It was clearly stated in their TnC. Can u point me then specific TnC for the usb modem thing.. And what about USB modem that can make voice call... Considered OK? |

QUOTE(MakNok @ Jan 6 2017, 06:37 PM) I believe WeBe will monitor those who are download Kaki almost everyday. Then what's the point of their ads...As for the rest... Moderate usage should be ok as long you just streaming YouTube... Etc.. Streaming. WeBe will know when you download kaw kaw... Let say you download one 1GB movie within mins as compare when streaming.. It will take at less 45mins to 1hour.. This type of heavy download,,,, I believe will kena kaw kaw if WeBe really enforce the NEW policy. We give 9,999,999 GB of data... (but you can only use 0.1% of them) This post has been edited by d3v073d_50uL: Jan 6 2017, 08:16 PM |

QUOTE(PootieTang_85 @ Jan 6 2017, 10:19 PM) Online register on 25/12/2016, pickup simcard at Sunway on the same day. Still waiting SMS YES / NO for port out. Until now, nothing happen. The port out confirmation message comes from your current Telco... not Webe.. (unless, Webe didn't process your port request, but i doubt that)I guess i will be joining you soon. I've been contacting and complaining to Webe numerous time (online chat and call),and I'm calling it WEBE SUCKS, BIG TIME! You should ask your current telco on your port out progress BTW... which telco are you porting out? I know there's certain telco that doesn't send the SMS and reject your application for no reason. |

got 2mbps connection in Klang and in Shah Alam (where I normally got 8mbps)..
Do u think it's Webe.. or Celcom's problem My other Celcom-based line got standard 3-4mbps on 3G Edit: Just on Chat with Webe CS.. They're pointing to Celcom for the 3G problem since they're riding on their network.. No capping or whatsoever from webe's side... This post has been edited by d3v073d_50uL: Mar 2 2017, 02:04 PM |

So... can consider it's official webe/celcom's capping 3G users' speed?
Seems like I'm not getting >2mbps for days already wherever I went (on 3G only...) For capping.. is it under Celcom.. or Webe? A CS said it's under Celcom... |
