What's ur location bro? The only reason why I'm scared to switch. I'm afraid later on signal full and speed super slow.

It's highly depends on location, i guess..

Both in Klang and Shah Alam (seksyen 14)... 3G speeds is OK, I think...

Seriously, i'm deflated after being excited for 30 days.

really dissapointing webe.

and now i'm somehow stuck below 100KBps, which is even worse.

As far as I know... There is no NEW tnc.. It still the same.
Speed restriction is obviously tweak by WeBe since day one on no tethering policy.

Playstore download and YouTube are speed capped average 300K/s ...
Speed on depend on location.
At certain days... It become slow and I have experience it as well.

But this few days is back to normal.
Speedtest actually show possible actual speed on that location currently.
But you will still face speed capped even though you could have go higher speed in fact.
Maybe buy tethering plan will unlock speed capped?
