Confirmed video Oz data. I am using it at Alcatel 4g phone wi-fi for whole family share . Been use since p98 introduce. My Alcatel 4g phone was purchased at rm99 during digi offer.

You do know U Mobile 3G had terrible congestion especially in areas of Klang Valley without 4G right

No, nornal can get dload speed around 3mbps...
It's not everyday, last mth speed is ok but slow on 19-23dec
Then ok again, now slow again
My area not congest like KL

Now still at sg buloh but at other place n speed is ok so suspect got certain "black" spot here

3g is ok as long my kid can view utube, if 4g later utube load full hd, my data finish quick worrr

P/s : until today i couldn't find app that can throttle telco speed
Speed 4g (30mbps) but we can set to 2mbps only

Hi, anyone having problems registering their new UCard on the UMobile app? I just converted to prepaid from postpaid and my existing UCard is no longer linked to my account in the app. I contacted UMobile's customer service online and was told to create a new UCard and email BInfinite to transfer my existing points to the new card. Unfortunately, I am not able to create a new virtual UCard from the app. I tried replying to the email from UMobile's customer service but for some reason, I don't think it is getting through for some reason. Any ideas how to solve this? Thanks.

Can anyone testify if UMobile has 4G network in batu pahat? I used to use it a few years back and its 3G network was good, was able to get ~15-20mbps with latency less than 35ms near Kampung Merdeka & Taman Maju, but not too sure about its performance now.

To upgrade, you can just give UM careline a call. It's that simple. But to downgrade is not as simple.
