last week there still no 4g at batu pahat but 3g network is good enough to surf and stream.
i think umobile using its own 3g network at batu pahat.

IFAIK it's 64kbps.

4G is a scam. Phone indicate 4G service but speed slower than 3G and sometime will not even load. Received SMS confirm 4G activated.

Joke aside... Telco is depending on location..and also at certain time especially from 7pm onward on weekday... You will start to see congestion until maybe 1am at night.

Usually early morning like now 7am.. You will experience fantastic 4G speed unless of course your area having shitty network coverage.

4G is a scam? Educate yourself before trying to humiliate yourself. 4G doesn't necessary faster than 3G if it's really congested but 4G had significantly higher spectral efficiency than 3G. So with the same spectral bandwidth, it can carry more data per second.

Assuming my prepaid account has expired today, but I still have 15 days left of UMI30 left. If I top up 10 days later, will I still have 15 days , or 5 days of UMI?

Just bought new prepaid for my elder family member.
Package came with rm5 and 10days validity. Data use almost finish while still have 5days validity , then i top up rm30.. i suppose it should have 35 days validity but how come only 30 days validity? Not accumulate one?
I understand after 30 days validity, will have another 60 days passive mode. Do i still able to use data during this 60 days? Still can receive sms and call?

Validity will not stack. You may use subscribed data during passive mode but not free data. You can receive calls and sms.

(my elder family dont make call often,mostly i call them, so data is impotant, and as long as can receive call then is good)

1) What's the sequence of credit utilisation when I make a voice call/sms from Main balance, Credit share balance and free voice/sms minutes ?
2) Does Credit share balance has any expiry date?
