the issue is umobile app giving false error "cannot redeem cos on staff plan". I see this error since 12am, then ok for a while, then it error again around 9am. It makes many people who want to get the voucher cannot grab it..

Ahh okay so it's not possible to use the voucher to claim the tickets earlier? Eg physical tickets so I can pass to someone else. I don't intend to share my umobile user and pass to my friend.

My account is in passive mode now. if I purchase UMI30, I still need to top up to make my account back to active in order to use it..
